Our recent addition to the team, his oldest daughter, Mackenzie Howton, recently graduated from Tarleton with a Construction Science degree and was President of the construction science department. Mackenzie graduated at the top of her class having a 3.9 GPA and was selected to compete in Vegas at the Build Expo representing Tarleton. From the time we start the demo process to the time we finish, Your home is treated as though it were our own.
We put down plastic and paper to protect your floors. To help control the dust, we run two air scrubbers during times of high dust such as the demo process.
Most of our trades are done in house to keep the number of strangers limited to who goes in and out of your home. We have master Electricians and Plumbers that we have partnered with for those more technical issues that may come up during the remodel.
We offer custom vanities to be built to your design or use one of our suppliers and pre-order prior to the project starting. Most bathrooms are put back together and functional for use after 1 week. We do custom tile showers built to your needs.
Our custom showers come with multiple options from the type of pan on the floor to the type of shower door selected. We have done many walk in showers over the last couple of decades and take pride in creating your new shower.
We will walk you through the entire process. In house design services is usually included in the project price. We will meet at our suppliers and help pick out tile, fixtures, cabinetry, paint, and counter tops if assistance is needed.

These projects vary in size: from just changing out your counter tops to complete demolition to the studs with custom cabinets, we can do it. This particular kitchen in the pic to the right was a complete make over. We installed new cabinets, beam from removing wall, backsplash, counter tops, appliances, tile flooring, refinished wood floors, and painted in such a way to accent areas of the kitchen that were lost in the shadows. This particular kitchen was designed in house by the owner, Calvin Howton Jr, and was finished in approximately 6 weeks.
Over the years, working with designers and architects have become pretty common. We offer in house design consultation, or we have some local architects and designers if you prefer working with an architect. If you have your own, even better.
Patio covers range from simple basic design of a shed roof to a complex hip roof design with raised ceilings.
This particular patio cover in the pic is a hip roof with a raised ceiling. The ceiling and walls are made of a stain grade material to enhance the cabin feel. We removed the old pad and added a larger concrete pad as well in order to create a more usable space.

Need custom carpentry? We can do it! We offer complete staircase make overs and will stain the treads to match your existing flooring. There are several different ways of making over your staircase. In house design consultation available.
This particular staircase features built in dog kennels that we created from the dead space under the staircase with custom welded metal handrails. The red oak treads were stained to match the existing flooring.
The dog kennels are tiled for added durability while storing furry best friends.
We offer a professional flooring installation of tile, wood, and laminate flooring. The process starts with removing contents and leveling the floor.
We understand that being without your floors can be inconvenient. Our crews are dedicated to moving efficiently, being punctual, and quickly. Flooring projects can be very dusty as well. We mask accordingly and run air scrubbers for dust control throughout the process.

We offer in house design or will work with your architect and or a provided set of plans to create your dream home. We offer a competitive rate of cost plus 10 to 15% on new construction builds. Our sub-contractors are some of the best in their fields with over 15 years' experience. Our relationships with our subs in many cases go back over 20 years. All sub-contractors are Insured and produce a superior product.
